Submit confirmation at the bottom of this page.

Before we arrive

  • Let our office know if you do not know where your tank is located.
  • Please make sure we have clear access to your tank.
  • Secure pets and unlock any gates needed for access.
  • Let our office know if you have any specific concerns about your system.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by pumping activities to landscaping, hardscaping, etc.

What we’ll do

  • Pump your tank completely, leaving no more than 5% of the tank volume remaining.
  • Visually check your system components.
  • Provide you with a record of your septic pumping
  • Recommend the next time you should pump

What’s normal after pumping

  • You may notice a septic smell in your house for a few days.  It should clear up once the tank re-fills.
  • It’s normal for aerobic alarms to activate briefly after pumping due to low air pressure; it should clear on its own after the tank refills.
  • If you have an air pump, we recommend turning it off until the tank refills or adding water to your ATU to prevent aerator failure.

Important to know

  • If we identify issues that require additional labor or parts, we’ll review options with you before proceeding.
  • If you have a plastic or fiberglass tank, or high groundwater your tank should be refilled immediately.
  • Your tank will refill in a few days – pumping will not fix a failing drainfield!
  • A failing drainfield can cause your tank to refill faster than normal.

Payment

  • If you are not home, we will process payment using your credit card on file when the job is complete.
  • If you are home, you may let your driver know if you want to use a payment method other than your card on file.

Situations that may incur additional charges

  • Extended hose runs greater than 90′
  • Foreign materials in the tank that require additional time to clean out like tree roots, wipes, hygiene products, etc.
  • Locating or digging up the tank.
  • Amount pumped is over 1,000 gal for a conventional system or over 1,800 gal for an aerobic system.
  • Extended service time over 1 hour due to pumping tanks that have not been pumped regularly.
  • Any additional labor required beyond routine pumping will be discussed and approved before work continues.
