A certified installer, pumper, soil profiler, and environmental specialist, she brings years of hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge to every project. Passionate about education and customer care, Dawn is active on the Oklahoma Onsite Wastewater Association board, Vice-President of the National Association of Wastewater Technicians and frequently speaks at national conferences on septic and workforce development topics. Her mission is simple: provide honest, high-quality service while helping homeowners understand and protect their systems.

Michael Rohrs
Michael Rohrs is a co-founder of Cyclone Septic & Plumbing and the backbone of day-to-day operations. Michael ensures every job runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Known for his practical know-how and commitment to quality, he oversees field crews, equipment maintenance, and complex installs with a steady, solutions-driven approach.

Austin Rohrs
Austin Rohrs is Cyclone Septic & Plumbing’s Service Manager and the go-to expert for complex troubleshooting. Known for his sharp diagnostic skills, Austin is the person other companies call when they need answers. Cody Rohrs keeps Cyclone Septic & Plumbing running smoothly behind the scenes as Shop Manager. He oversees parts inventory, and fleet readiness, making sure every truck and tool is in top condition before it heads to a job. As Administrative Coordinator, she manages scheduling, customer communications, and billing with care and precision. Alicia is known for keeping the day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly while making every customer feel valued and heard. With over 30 years of plumbing experience in Guthrie, Elwyn Patmon is a trusted name in the community and a cornerstone of Cyclone Septic & Plumbing. Before joining Cyclone, Elwyn owned and operated Patmon Plumbing, where he built a strong reputation for honesty, reliability, and top-quality workmanship. As a licensed Master Plumber, he brings unmatched expertise to every project—whether it’s a simple repair, a complex installation, or mentoring the next generation of plumbers. Elwyn’s decades of dedication and deep roots in Guthrie make him a valued resource for both customers and the Cyclone team.
Clarence Garrison
Clarence Garrison has been a key part of Cyclone Septic & Plumbing for five years, bringing a strong work ethic to every job. As Senior Field Hand, Clarence assists with septic installations, and day-to-day field operations. Known for his reliability, and willingness to tackle any challenge, Clarence helps keep projects on schedule.
Brylan Rothermel
Brylan Rothermel joined Cyclone Septic & Plumbing after completing a work experience assignment through Guthrie Job Corps and has been part of the team for one year. As a Field Hand, Brylan assists with septic and plumbing projects, learning the trade from the ground up while supporting installations, repairs, and daily field operations.
David Riggs
