Cyclone Septic & Plumbing is looking for a Septic Installer | Equipment Operator who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and building high-quality systems the right way the first time.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in construction, excavation, utilities, plumbing, agriculture, or the oilfield who enjoys seeing a project come together from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other construction equipment
Install conventional and aerobic septic systems
Dig trenches and excavations for tanks, pipe, and utilities
Set septic tanks and treatment units
Install sewer lines, irrigation lines, and spray systems
Follow approved system designs
Assist with repairs, and related field work when needed
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Follow all Oklahoma DEQ regulations, permit requirements, and company procedures
Maintain accurate job documentation and required records
Work safely around utilities, excavations, and heavy equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

What We’re Looking For
Construction, excavation, utility, oilfield, agriculture, plumbing, or septic experience preferred
Heavy equipment operating experience preferred
Valid driver’s license required
CDL is a plus
Oklahoma Plumbing License is a plus
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to follow established regulations, procedures, and installation standards
Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-minded
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
No septic experience required. We’ll train the right person. We invest in our team through hands-on training, industry certifications, continuing education, and opportunities to learn new skills and advance your career.
