Yes — aerobic systems need regular maintenance to continue working properly. Not to mention, some cities in Oklahoma are legally required to have maintenance agreements. Even conventional systems benefit from annual inspections to prevent expensive failures.
What happens if I have a problem?
We’re here to take care of you. With a plan, you’ll get priority service and member discounts on repairs or replacements.
Can I cancel my plan?
All plans renew automatically but after the initial term is up you can cancel at any time.
What happens if I don’t have a service agreement in Edmond or Piedmont?
Both cities require homeowners with aerobic systems to keep an active agreement. Without one, you could face code violations, fines, or even issues when selling your home. Cyclone Septics makes compliance simple and worry-free.
How much does a maintenance plan cost?
We offer multiple plans to fit your system and budget. Whether you need a basic inspection or full coverage with priority response, our pricing is straightforward and affordable. [See plans above]
How often will you come out?
Conventional systems typically require one inspection per year. Aerobic systems usually require two inspections annually to meet city and state regulations.
What’s included in an inspection?
We check all system components — control panel, alarms, pumps, air filters, tanks, and spray heads (for aerobic systems). If service is needed, we’ll take care of it or let you know what’s required.
Do maintenance plans cover pumping?
Routine pumping isn’t included, since the timing depends on usage. However, plan members receive discounted rates on pumping services.
What if I need emergency service?
Plan members receive priority scheduling, so you’ll always be bumped to the top of the list in urgent situations.
We offer after-hours and weekend service for when those emergencies do arise.
