Prices are valid for residential systems within 25 miles of our office. *All memberships are a two year term. System must be in good working condition for all new plans and recommended repairs must be made for any items warrantied by plan. **System must be pumped within the last 2-years. Conventional plan requires first year paid up-front.
Remote Septic Tank Monitoring
Ask about adding cellular monitoring to any service plan! We will be immediately notified of any alarms so we can service your system quickly. System requires a 5 year agreement. Equipment remains property of Cyclone Septics.

How often will you come out?
Conventional systems typically require one inspection per year. Aerobic systems usually require two inspections annually to meet city and state regulations.
What’s included in an inspection?
We check all system components — control panel, alarms, pumps, air filters, tanks, and spray heads (for aerobic systems). If service is needed, we’ll take care of it or let you know what’s required.
Do maintenance plans cover pumping?
Routine pumping isn’t included, since the timing depends on usage. However, plan members receive discounted rates on pumping services.
What if I need emergency service?
Plan members receive priority scheduling, so you’ll always be bumped to the top of the list in urgent situations.
We offer after-hours and weekend service for when those emergencies do arise.
